Yes it happens I was just joking. Try unplugging the the cables and plugging them back in again. Also the cable on the headset end. Failing that do a repair on Oculus Home.
You might have started to get the ribbon cable fault is the headset still under Warranty? Have you tried removing the headphones and reconnecting them? Sometime some dirt can get in there, but if that doesn't work you could be getting the ribbon cable fault. Does it work ok every time you put it on the first time and then lose audio the second time or is it intermittent?
