    even the sampleframework out of the box don't work...... I'm running supported version of unity and everything is up to date.

    sorry, needed to vent. I'm a very experience developer with over 30 years of experience and this is just really bad.

    Same here. I can't grab stuff and I can't see my hands.  
    Oculus Quest.   Unity 2019.1.12f1 Personal.
