Children of Men. The way Julianne Moore's death scene is filmed, all in one long take, is one of the most impressive things ever committed to film.


Edit: Here's another scene from later in the movie that's also filmed as one long, continuous take. These scenes without cuts make it feel much more intense, like you're actually there. They must be a real pain to shoot, but they're amazing.
