Does the original Rift and S use the same type of cable on the headset ?

My question is, on the original Oculus Rift what kind of cable is connected to the headset. And what kind of cable is the Rift S using on the headset? Would anyone happen to have both generations and please upload a picture of the differences with the two.
Thank you,

The CV1 has a HDMI/USB cable. The Rift-S has a DisplayPort/USB cable.
Different plugs, different wiring. The Rift-S cable is also thicker and longer (and more prone to noticeable twisting in my experience).

But is the Rift S cable compatable with the original rift? I have a display port.

As I said: Different plugs, different wiring.
They aren't compatible.
