Hey @lincoln2, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems adding a payment method. There are a few things that you can try. Please try adding a payment method through our website here https://secure.oculus.com/my/payment-methods/. If possible, please try a different network connection and/or device. Sometimes restrictions on a network can prevent a payment method from being added. If you have another payment method, please try that as well. Also, double-check with your financial institution isn't placing any restrictions on Oculus purchases.
