    After reboot everything is working except the home.

    Same problem, Home, library, not loaded... Hope you have a solution soon as possible !

    Pretty extended outage..like when the certificate on the rift expired a while back. Store credit! This killed my plans tonight where the rift issue did not

    Same problem, just got my Quest today. I played a free fishing game, it was absolutly impossible to quit the game i tried EVERYTHING. I have reset the Quest holding open/close button and pressing reset and since then, lost the 3 panels Home-library and store.... I only played 25% of my battery lol... This problem seems very old since there is february post about a problem who look the same.

    EDIT: I finally repaired it doing a full reset on my phone. Everything i tried on the headset did not worked

    Try to reset everything from the phone. It worked for me. Like i said, everything i tried from the headset did not worked at all.

    EDIT: Toggling Developer Mode on and off from the phone app fixed this issue. Unplug the Oculus Quest from the PC, toggle Developer Mode off, plug the Quest into the PC, toggle Developer Mode on. Then give permissions on the Oculus for the PC to access the local storage.

    This also kinda worked for me but I did restart right afterwards soooo....idk. Thanks though!

    Got almost exactly this bug.  Power cycle didn't help.  Bounced off the developer mode solution posted above due to the need to sign up to some special creator whatever that requires a Facebook account. 

    Factory reset worked for me, so far.  The dang thing only worked for a day, how often does this occur?

    I just started to have this problem as well today. My library and home shows nothing. Factory reset did nothing. I hope it is a one-day thing. Any tips?

    Thank you!

    Happenned to me after I changed my password. There was no way to sign out (or do anything for that matter) from the Quest. Pairing the headset with Oculus app again solved it.

    This needs to be fixed - I would've never found out how to fix it if not for FantasticMrOly's post here.

    Similar issue here; though for me the Quest won't load Home, or any of the social functions. 

    Was in talks with support, but it's been over a month since I first messaged them and they stopped replying a little over a week ago.

    I understand they are likely quite busy with all of the new arrivals, but this is getting a little more than frustrating.

    Had this peculiar issue with nothing loading but the browser, it took me a while to discover a working method. Try turning developer mode off and on if you have it on. The method which I think worked for me the best was where you go onto the Oculus app on your phone, you open an app from the library, go on your headset, press the Oculus button, exit out of the game and boom, everything worked.

    THANK YOU Oh wise and wonderful internet!!!
    1. Turn on Quest headset
    2. Open Oculus app on your phone
    3. Settings > click on your Quest headset to connect (if not already connected with green dot)
    4. Under Account click Facebook Settings
    5. click to turn off the Log In With FaceBook switch
    6. click to turn On the Log In With FaceBook switch > follow prompts to sign in / link your FB acct.
    7. message reads: it may take a while for your headset to reflect these changes
    RESULT: I kept clicking around in headset and in <2min I got Store and another 30seconds later got Home & Library!

    So disappointing for official Quest Support reps to recommend Factory Reset =(  Even their support page only offers the suggestion of a Forced Shutdown and then open a Support ticket if that didn't work.  TY o great forum goers!!!

    Same happened to me, just logging in to the Quest from my phone app got it all working again.

    This happened to me after I downloaded  pavlov from side quest.  Does that have anything to do with it?

    Happened to me as well. Opened the Oculus app on my phone and it said my session had expired. Logged into the app again, restarted the headset and everything was good!

    if anyone is still having this issue where the store, home and library is not loading. Try pairing the oculus quest to your profile on the oculus quest app through the app's settings. That worked for me
