Please help me. Re: Link

My link cable has been working perfectly for a month. Now the computer wont recognize my quest with the cord. The cable is just fine. I dont think there was any changes. I reinstalled the oculus home, and followed all other common instructions given, such as make sure the energy settings are correct, etc. I don't know what else to try. I even uninstalled my USB 3.0 hub and reinstalled. Nothing.

When I plug the quest into a 2.0 USB, it gets recognized and I can use it for sidequest. It was working perfectly just a few says ago. The 3.0 works for charging, but not data and it doesnt recognize it under my devices. Thank you for reading.

How do you know the extra wires used in a USB cable are not faulty.  Have you tried it with another USB3 device and tested ?
