rift s order still on hold. help/advice wanted

I made an order for a rift s on the 13th but my order is still on hold. i got an email saying my payment details were incorrect so i went back and redid them but its still on hold. i have sent multiple support tickets to oculus but have had no reply. if any of you know what is happening or how to help that would be much appreciated.

    I have the same problem but for me it wanted me to update my payment method but it didn't work
