Graphics card issue

I am trying to set my Quest up for the Link and was finally able to download the software after reading on the forum about disabling Windows Defender. Now I am getting a message that I need to update my graphics card but it is fully updated (checked the manufacturer website several times).  I am running an AMD Radeon HD 6450 and had a computer tech that has worked on my computer in the past verify that it should handle the software. Looking for advice.  Thanks in advance.

Time for you to find a new "computer tech".

The Radeon HD 6450 was an entry-level graphics card by AMD, launched in April 2011

There is no way known to man that your PC will work with Link. The message about updating your graphics card does not refer to the drivers, it refers to the card itself.

As a rough guide, the minimum supported card for Link (the GTX1060 6Gb) is actually about 51 times faster than your HD 6450.
