Oculus Quest Not turning ON and not charging

in Oculus Quest 2 and Quest
While I was watching a movie in bigscreen vr my Oculus Quest suddenly switched off and it is not turning on. When I try to charge the Quest it is not charging. I tried pressing Power button for 30 seconds, pressing power and volume (-) for 1-2 minutes but no change in the condition.
Someone please help.

    Happened to mine on the 2nd day I owned it. I took it back and they gave me a new one.

    Thank you for the response. Did they identify what's the actual problem?
    Did they replace Headset or Entire Bundle? 
    When I reached Oculus support they asked me to return it and promised me replace it with a refurbished one. 
    Is it okay with refurbished one?
