I'm not sure if it is actually a hardware issue or if it's bad
calibration data or something else that'd be fixable in software. I'll

I found (made) a workaround for this problem. I took apart the Oculus VR
service in IDA and patched out the check that fails to cause this error
message. I didn't try to figure out what it's actually looking for or

Same issue for me as well; an "Incorrect LED 0 position 1 version: 1"
message followed by "setupHMD failed" every time I plug in the DK2 or
restart the service. I was also able to get the firmware update to work
by killing the service, but it did not...
