Meta already has reverse logistics in place with refurbished Meta Quest
2's, so why not give owners the option to trade-in perfectly good
headsets out-of-warranty?
I contacted Oculus support to resolve the issue. The issue of the device
still not appearing on the website remains, but they did put Asgard's
Wrath onto my account, so at least that is fixed.
Same problem here. I set up the device with my FB account, but when I go
into my account it says I have no registered devices. I think I know the
source of the problem, but I don't know how to solve it.When I ordered
the device, the site let me do it...
