My controllers are intermittently shifting position. This problem
appears to be getting progressively worse and more frequent. I have not
changed anything about my environment and it happens no matter what the
lighting/surrounding environment is like...

I've tested with the official Oculus Link Cable on both USB 3.1 Gen 1
and USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports but only getting speeds of 2.6gbps

I've used my PC to create a Wifi Hotspot - sharing my ethernet
connection.My other devices connect fine with internet, but my Quest 2
is the only device that says Connected, no internet.I have tried
changing between 2.4ghz and 5ghz but it always says...
Changing to 72Hz has improved very slightly but still consistently
glitching for no apparent reason. Like honestly the graphics look like
PlayStation 2 resolutions and ms is as low 3ms. Any particular
recommendations for CPU and RAM upgrade?
