Pops up that it needs to install the C++ 2015 runtimes.. I say sure.. it
installs. I go to run the game again and it pops up again in oculus.. I
go.. uh.. sure.. and the runtime installer asks to UN-install. So I say
no and reboot. Same. Rinse, repea...
I see some diskspace changes happening, but this is extremely slow. I
got this earlier and had to reboot and it needed to re-download the data
again.. οIs there any way to check what it's actually doing? I can't
imagine it's installing this slowly.
I have been talking to C.S. off and on for the last couple months since
I received my Rift. My Rift came damaged. The side adjuster to move the
eyecup distance is held in place by a plastic washer and a metal c-clip.

Same here, and I also second the thought that re-downloading fresh every
time instead of just checking an md5 sum or something is just plain
dumb. There needs to be a way to pause downloads for a reboot or
something and resume later, not restart.
