I don't think thats nessecary since when i think of it, the 1060 and
1080Ti shouldn't have that big of a power difference when idling will

UPDATE: So i have tried my friends GPU, and it worked!This means my GPU
is the problem and i really don't know how. Mine is a 1080ti, and my
friends card was a 1060 so can it be becuse of the power draw? I am
clueless right now.
