After 31 days of waiting I have now my Label and the Rift is on the way back !
Now I hope that the Hardware Support is checking the defect Hardware faster then Ticket support response to a ticket or creating a label!

I have the same problem in the past, the Rift did not work on my video card via Adapther.
I test miniDP -> hdmi and DP -> hdmi. And DVI-> hdmi, all not working.
So i fix it by buy a new video card withe a nativ HDMI port, works fine.

But like to know if there are more persons with a defect Rift (Green Line on one eye).
Perhaps its a Global problem and there are 10000 Defect Rifts @the moment and this is the reason why this process take to long.
I am from Germany, and we have no best price Shops like the US.
I hope i have not to waite until August for a new Rift as a preorder person.
