Its your drivers. Use a driver cleaner and reinstall your drivers. AC works fine with mine (GeForce 1080).

Love Spa, but that 1966 version looks lovely but VERY frightening. There are trees, telegraph poles and houses to run into everywhere and no run off places at all, only embankments to send you skywards. Very scary to drive I bet.
