• I had the same problem.  I contact support and they had me temporarily disable Windows 10 Defender Real-Time monitoring.  They said this is a known problem.

• Rift S firmware/software updates here had no no issues.  Noticed that Oculus Home graphic glitches have been resolved and display in general seems much tighter.  Not sure why a few are having issues.
