Unity Forcing Vsync For Oculus Rift


I am currently building a project for the Oculus Rift in unity and have come across a problem. I am having a issue where the fps is being forced to 60FPS due to the VSync being forcefully enabled. I have Turned it off in the quality settings but every time I test in in play mode, or build in, the Sync gets reenabled. ( I know the aplication can run more than 60 frmes as you can temp disable VSync in playmode)

I would be very Greadtful if someone could help me with this issue.
