FIX: Avatars SDK crashing in Unity 5.6.1.

This addresses Galaxy S7 (Android N, snapdragon) application crashing on game start.

There is a call to "SkinnedMeshRenderer.updateWhenOffscreen = true" which will cause the application to fail. Set this to 'false'.

    Thanks. I hit this too on Windows. Unity 5.6.2f1, avatar 1.16, only on standalone builds. Removing that line fixed my crash.
