We have an Unity app in development, with test users added to release channels on the Dashboard. We have started to receive reports of an update problem:
- Test user is running version 1.0 successfully.
- New binary is uploaded to the release channel, version 1.1, including a new app icon.
- Test user updates their app via Oculus.
- The app icon updates, and Oculus shows the version as 1.1. But when the user runs the app, it is still 1.0.
The problem does not occur 100% of the time.
Can you help, please? Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround or fix?
