setting up an Unreal 4.21 project for GO -> Quest development

We are embarking on a project that we want to do in unreal. Is there a guide on how to setup the project for the correct opengl ES levels and supported shaders, etc. We are experimenting with some wild effects and want to make sure what we see in the editor will actually run on the GO, with an eye to support the quest after it launches. Things like vertex world position offsets and media textures.
