VRAPI_FRAME_LAYER_FLAG_CHROMATIC_ABERRATION_CORRECTION not working

I am trying to disable chromatic aberration correction to measure SSIM based measurement for network based content. But the bit has no effect on disabling chromating aberration. I have tested this with 1.20.0 SDK. 

I commented out following line in ovr_sdk_mobile_1.20\VrSamples\VrCubeWorld_SurfaceView\Src\VrCubeWorld_SurfaceView.c  to test this. 

// GR SSIM calculation
//layer.Header.Flags |= VRAPI_FRAME_LAYER_FLAG_CHROMATIC_ABERRATION_CORRECTION;

    I have checked every layer and none of the layer has the flag set. Is this a bug in SDK?
