Container App for 360 Videos

I have a number of 360 videos (4k, HEVC, ProRes) on Oculus Video and YouTube.  I'd like to create a container app on the Oculus Go to house them all.  Do I have to create it from scratch or can I use an outside service like Unity to create it and submit to Oculus?  Thanks!

Unity has some built in functions / demo scenes that would work really well for this!

Yea of course! They have a video player component and a script called run video - works from a local file or URL and can handle 2D and 3D video - even prefab 360 video screen or a flat canvas screen for 2D. Super useful.
