Oculus Lip Sync not working with Android

sample can not working in android phone.

logcat message..

unity version : 2018.3.0f2
ovr_audio_lipsync_unity_1.36.0 => can not work
ovr_audio_lipsync_unity_1.30.0 => can not work

It works well on PC.

but...
I built the sample and ran it on the Android phone.

The screen is visible. The wav file is played.
But the lips do not move.

why do not work?

please help me
