How to do local distribution before going for the store?

Im using Unity and Quest and so far have had no problems loading the project onto my Quest.  Id like to send it to coworkers for feedback.  How could I distribute the APK locally so they could load it up?

    Have you added the app to the Oculus Dashboard? You could upload a build, add your coworkers as testers to an Alpha, Beta or RC channel and publish the build on that channel. The app would then appear in the library on their device.
