We are using version 1.37, download address:
https://developer.oculus.com/downloads/package/oculus-lipsync-unity/

XCode Version:Version 10.2.1 (10E1001)

We put libOVRLipSyncShim.a under Link Binary With Libraries.
Place libOVRLipSync.dylib under Embedded Binaries.
