UE4 Stereo layers question

Hi
How the stereo layer work with oculus? The UE4 documentation is confusing.
It seems that World/Tracker locked layers always intersect the scene and Face locked is always on top?
There is also "composites depth" parameter in project settings makes all kinds of layers show on top.

I want to show some Tracker locked layers on top of the scene and some not, but I don't see how. Is it possible?
