Lost access to the email on my developer account

Hello, the email I use for my developer account (this account) was deleted and the domain no longer exists. I need to change the email to one that is functional but I can't in the developer dashboard. I submitted support tickets but they all respond to the email which no longer exists. How can I get into contact with someone who will help me change my email?
