[WIP]Gliding Princess (from japan)Final APK and submissions

I have participated from Japan.
If my English was so but,somebody translate please.

This is my game.

1 Level is clear if you reach to the goal area.
There are many coins on a level. Please pick up as many as possible.
You will glide if you fall from a high place. Please enjoy the feeling of floating fluffy as glider.
Also, you will fly again higher if you ride to updraft. Please caught updraft.




This project have two challenge.
One.I want to move freely within the VR space, without motion sickness.
Two.Simple operation.Non-gamers could not operate a game pad In the dark(Oculus). Oculus software need simple operation. I think so.

I made a new system for moving.

I wish add more stage (Boss stage and normal stage).
But I want more time. 3 month or 4 month.

If finished Mobile game jam, I will continue to make the game. I wish so.

Me: I liked it a lot. At first i was a bit "what the he.. is this", but as soon as i got to the gliding part i just started to smile. Excellent way to move around and i was spinning on the floor like a madman. Good job! 😃

Girlfriend: Got sick in like 1 minute and could not play, and she does not usually get motion sickness.

I don't know about you guys, but I think the "win" music at the end of each stage is damn catchy!

Thank you for your review.
Some my Japanese friend get motion sickness too.
Gliding and updraft are a cause of sickness.

I think that player must watch a "How to play" video, before playing the game.
In doing so, The player gets prospect of the movement.
Motion sickness may be more small.

I will take a "How to play" video into VR, like oculus cinemas.

I think accelerating and decelerating more when moving up and down would help with motion sickness, especially when landing. Or find ways for geometry to be farther away so the movement is less noticeable. It's a fun mechanic!

I made a version that more accelerating and decelerating when landing.
But hard landing was a cause of sickness.
Soft landing is better. I think so.

I have an idea for landing. I try it, and i hope my game will be more better.
