I'm in the same boat in some of your questions regatdibg Oculus Home.
Did you ever find an answer to how they construcyt and render their UI so sharply and with depth images?
I render a canvas to a Render Texture that is an underlay and so the controller and laser is rendered in front of it.
But how do I achieve so when clicking on the render texture , the actual canvas receives the clicks and gets interacted with?
Yes, I agree that the dpcumentation from Oculus is lacking to say the least.
