  • Weekend sale! Augmented Empire is 50% off. Also, Krypt Crawler is on sale too. That's an excellent value for both of these titles as they each take around 5 hours to complete.
  • Battery drain is part of the experience. 10% in an hour sounds better than me. I was going to suggest 85% drained after 2 hours.
  • I've had bad audio in other games but usually exiting and restarting it cleared it up right away. Or worst case, reboot your phone.
  • Yes, maybe try reversing them. I don't recall a problem opening this door. BTW I finished the entire game tonight. Not bad for a small development team. They put a lot of love into this game, adding some nice touches they didn't have to put in. I'd…
  • Did you defeat the king who was in his throne room? After that you touch a dark sphere and warp to the prison level. It's pretty linear from what I can recall.
  • Level 6, after you get through the Warden prison for the first time.
  • Never mind, did a bit more exploring and it turns out the exit is in the southern part of the prison level. I'm free!

It's on the prison level with the Warden, which might be level 6 or thereabouts. You need to get through his maze.
  • I started playing again today and using your tips got through the maze to the place with the bow and arrows. I think it is top left corner of the map. But it doesn't let me do anything other than reenter the Warden maze. Feels like I'm stuck again. …
  • EscapeVR and The Prisoner both had free walking. The Prisoner made me a bit sick if I played too long. KryptCrawler to some extent lets you free roam, sort of like old school dungeon crawlers. Doesn't make me sick at all.
  • I've had mine for about a year and still use it several times a week. In fact I really prefer playing games in VR as opposed to a flat screen. VR in general seems like it could actually take off. Definitely not a flash in the pan.
  • I wrote the creator of the game here on the forums and he replied: "Did you find the skeleton? If not, find him or let me know and I will give you more clues. good luck. ;-)" He's a really nice guy. The game is pretty good if you like adv…
  • For under $1, Heroes of the Seven Seas gives you maybe 15 minutes of fun. You pilot these ships around and shoot cannons at other ships, occasionally picking up objects from the water. If they had done something closer to Sid Meier's Pirates it woul…
  • I've got a 32 GB Samsung S6 and have had no real problems with memory. Just delete the Gear VR games you have finished or no longer use to free up space. I find I can have 20+ games installed at once. There's no way anyone is actively using that man…
  • Does it have hand-tracking controllers? No. Does it have full head tracking? No. There's nothing about this new headset that would make me want to upgrade from the original consumer model.

No problems here. I finished the game and didn't run into any technical issues, other than the odd time it overheated. Great game! This was well worth the purchase for me. It all depends on if you like little puzzler scenarios. I c…

Samsung is on the list of manufacturers who will be Daydream ready for the 2016 fall debut. I'm not impressed by Google's controller: "its built-in sensors let it detect rotation and (to a more limited extent) movement, allowi…
  • This game looks really amazing. So much character compared to some of the generic titles we've been seeing. The guy says he lost his hard drive on May 20th though. Hopefully he didn't lose too much work.
  • Neverout is on sale 50% off until May 25, 2016. I just started playing tonight and it's basically like the cult movie Cube. Each room is made up of the inside of a 6 x 6 x 6 cube. So far all the puzzles have been based around moving one square at a …
  • A few other things, if you have a Bluetooth controller it is well used in this game. Aside from being able to click on things with the button you can control Agent 47 and rotate the board around/move closer/farther from it.  This also reveals why t…

  • I wonder if there is an open source RTS game similar to Command & Conquer or Warcraft that could be ported easily to Gear VR? I would love to see a full featured campaign in VR. The overhead view is so nice. Also, a tower defense game on par wi…
  • I agree, it would be nice to play a car racing game and a flight sim in Gear VR. From what I've heard, having the cockpit around you minimizes the sickness factor of being in motion. And relatively straight lines of movement and constant speeds (lik…
  • I've been playing it for a few days now with no regrets about the purchase. If you like puzzle games or thinking games it's pretty interesting. I usually play between 3 and 5 levels at a time before losing interest for a while. The graphics are very…

  • That's a fair price for the VR version of the game, considering the Android version is $6.99. I think we get all the bonus levels that were later released, so potentially well over 100 levels. This purchase seems like a no-brainer. Definitely a lot …

Have you tried dimming the screen and moving the player at a set velocity? (no acceleration) Smash Hit Plunder uses this technique I believe.
  • Samsung is going full force into VR. They even have some sci-fi sounding tech like tricking your vestibular system into thinking your body is moving when it actually isn't. That would be huge for VR because it could eliminate the motion sickness you…
  • Yes I did go through the docs and found them poor for my purposes because they are written to take into account all different possibilities: if you are developing native code, or Unity 4.x, or Unity 5.x, or Unreal Engine, using different OS's, on di…
  • Keep in mind the latest version of Unity apparently doesn't need the plugin anymore.
  • Oh crap, I wonder that's why mine isn't working. I wasn't aware and ended up deleting the files in C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\VR\oculus and copying the plugin files over, as per the instructions. Using this for Gear VR development.
  • I just played this for about 20 minutes digging and exploring caverns and started to feel deeply ill. All the hopping around is probably what did it because in something like Dreadhalls I can walk around a long time without feeling too bad. Now I se…
