the comment "Allow us to verify what could've happened with the left controller that you sent." does not fill me with warm fuzy feeling. I provided proof of return of my broken left control and was first offered a shipping lable so that I could then send in my right controller (crossed emails?) then that statement when I pointed out that I had sent in my defective left controller and O get the impressing my broken control is "Lost". I purchased a replacement on my own a month ago on ebay for $120 . Im assuming the supply issues are because of covid, but the gramer used.... very confusing.
