How to add subscribers for my public release channel?

Hi,
   I am trying to release beta version of my application. I have changed my Beta channel as public channel, But I don't have clear idea about how to add subscribers without adding manually. Please guide me.

If you dont want to add them manually you need to be approved for keys and then distribute those
