Games won’t start

Games on my oculus load up to the main menu of the game but when I use the controller and hover over an option e.g start new game, it highlights it but doesn’t register me clicking on it. Nothing happens, I can look about tans highlight other options but those also don’t let me click into them. I have two games, walking dead and Apex, this is happening with both of them. I’ve restarted the headset and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the games and still the same issue

We've already done a fair bit of troubleshooting on your own. The next step we would recommend is preforming a factory reset on the device. To do that follow the steps in this article:

Let us know if that fixes the problem as not being able to get past a game's main menu, but the game still booting up, is a new one. Please keep us updated so we can narrow down the issue together.
