Hi i purchased the wander app through my laptop but it hasn't appeared on my device who do i tell that i haven't got the app

Hello, we're glad you posted here in the Community! When you check your mobile app, is it showing in your Library on there?
While you check that, we can also try a hard reboot of your headset by just holding down the power button until your screenshots off, and then restarting it after a few seconds. We're here to help, so just check in with as soon as you're able to try these steps out!
