Hi everyone!
It finally happened, after a long time in Early Access we have fully released Karnage Chronicles. It has been quite a ride creating a VR Action RPG of the depth and size it turned out to be with a small team. The game is much larger than originally planned, but so much more fun (especially with friends in Co-Op)
Some things were cut along the way, some things were changed and others added, but the original vision remains which was bringing to life a dungeon crawler you can feel you are really inside, fighting for your life at every twist and turn, looting and killing, questing and playing together with friends in an adventuring party, or run it alone if you so prefer.
Thank you for all of your support over the years!
Big hugs from the 3 Nordic Trolls

This game is a gem, but seems not to work correctly with the new RTX cards resulting in stuttering and bad performance. Devs need to patch the game.
For now the problem may be fixed by pressing ALT + TAB while playing the game.

Btw, had a great time in Karnage Chronicles last night - but did get some spanking. I think my save game is from 2019 or 2020, so getting into the game again, remembering which weapons to use - and the potions, is a challenge, lol. Also my bow arm has gotten slightly rusty - and adventurers with sloppy bow arms die a lot in this game 😉
Got the game working with the Index res 500%, but it wasn't solid 90%, maybe due to Revive - I'm going for res 400% tonight - or might switch to the Rift CV1 ss 2.5...
Some screenshots from the game - and with high res, the game does look great:

I think I just entered the Mushroom Kingdom 🤔 😄
Dr. Freud might have something to say about the fungus...
Met some dudes, and my sword arm is now so sore I can't even pick up a teaspoon tomorrow...
Some big wizard is healing the opponent close to me - all my precious work wasted, sigh...
That's gotta hurt - maybe me more than him? 🤔
Nice monuments
Image taken with the Rift CV1 - I prefer oled and Rift CV1 ss 2.5 for this game - even compared to Valve Index res 400% - and that says a lot
Often thought to myself that if you play this game and aren't impressed, then something is wrong with you, lol. But seriously, there's a point 😉

I'm still doing time in Karnage Chronicles, lol. I'm getting spanked - a lot, but I'm slowly re-learning the game after pausing for 2 years.
Had 5k gold pieces yesterday, spent 3k on an Orc sword only to find out it's class restricted, and being an Archer I can't use the sword, sigh - sold it for 300, double-sigh. That's the problem getting back to the game after 2 years - I can't remember several details anymore. Would have been great with a more clear warning if some items are class restricted.
But I'm learning - still this game is very hard. You cannot save when you want, and dying just before a new save spot and having to replay everything is ... tough.
The battles are very intense - you'll surely be burning some calories with this game. The game also forces you to be quick changing weapons - some opponents need long-distance attacks, while sword fighting works better with others.
Loved the scene where two foot soldiers run ahead of a large wizard (or whatever the dude is), and the wizard keeps healing the front soldiers. So I need to lure the foot soldiers away, kill them and then kill the wizard. You'll have to think before you fight.
I've probably died like 15 - 20 times trying to complete the location I'm at now - but just visited the shop and got better armor. I'm confident I'll be more successful tonight!
Or maybe I need one of these... Hmm...
Btw, 9 out of 10 ratings are positive on Steam - and the game has more than 1,000 ratings.
