It's just a movie - that game does not exist in the real world as far as I know. But you may be able to find other slightly similar racing games. Check out Steam and the Oculus Store.

I think the above VR games are miles ahead in quality and content compared to the game shown in the old and quite dated movie 😉

But it's a legendary movie. Many guys dreamed play in this games in a future.

I was also a huge fan of Lawnmower Man when I was a kid. I haven't seen it in decades. 

The VR game in the movie is pretty basic. It's a flying racing combat game with obstacles.  V-Racers has most of those elements except for the flying. 

I feel like Echo Combat is closer in feel to the movie. It has flying and combat but not really racing. And it's far better than what we see in Lawnmower man. 

Also, Stormland has flying and combat and dodging those cloud obstacles.
