It's kind of easy to just stick with your favourite gun for the whole campaign, but if you experiment, there are a lot of ways to get creative.

There are also achievements (on PC) for punching Nazis, shooting off their gas masks, and killing them with exploding barrels, knives, falling icicles, snowballs, bottles, apples, wedges of cheese, and more.

So I've raised the resolution setting to High (yes, the game has video settings that can be adjusted, odd as that is for a Quest title) and played through a few more sections of Mission 1. This makes the game look quite a bit better, and my performance has continued to feel smooth (if I'm getting frame drops, I'm not really noticing them). Of course, nothing can help the barren appearance of some outdoor areas--the mission where you drive into a Nazi supply depot to steal equipment looks particularly bad, but indoor areas like the Gestapo headquarters can look surprisingly good.

One more video--here's a decent look at the campaign that shows a few more areas. I still haven't tried the multiplayer, but I'll give it a go eventually, after I've played through the campaign.

At one point he comments that there's no melee (when he picks up an apple), but I don't think he realizes that you can in fact kill people with the knives that are lying around in that kitchen. There are also throwing knives in the game. I'll test later whether you can kill Nazis with apples in the Quest version.

Edit: Tested and confirmed. I killed a Nazi with a thrown apple. Actually, two apples—the first one knocked his helmet off, and the second one killed him. Thrown objects are pretty OP; there’s a lot of aim assist, and they seem to do more damage than bullets.
