Oculus app wont start

whenever i launch the oculus app it will not start and it gets stuck loading. I tried reinstalling it multiple times and it did not work. please help!!!!

Try pasting this in your File Explorer and looking at the OVRLibraryService log file

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Oculus\

Also, windows has event logs. You may want to look at those.

I dont have a OVRLibracyService log file, i only have a OVRLibrary log file and the windows events tell me OVR service launcher doesnt exist, i tried reinstalling and it didnt help, what do i do?
