Refunding A Game I didn't mean to buy.

I bought A Township Tale for $9.99 and I didn't notice that I had bought it for Quest, I have a Rift S not a Quest so I can't play it, and I have tried to find a way to refund it but if I follow the instructions on how to do so, then I find that "I don't have any purchases" I would like to refund this game ASAP and I know that I may have to wait until tomorrow to do so, as I have just bought the game, but I have gotten my email with my receipt for the game and so I would assume that it would have shown up there.

I went to my Settings -> Payment History and that is where it should have shown my game on the Oculus App.

If there is something wrong like I think there is could someone verify that for me and if so how else could I refund my game?
