http://www.engadget.com/2014/02/04/digital-360-degree-concert-broadcast/ Great Article, the English info, Dwango is involved, back in the day at IBM in RTP we were invested with those dwango guys, Carmack chose not to pursue it (oops) but Romero did....

So who at the FCC and other government places are going to regulate and standardize broadcast VR? I can see the politicians in the USA smacking their chops to get into all this new VR goodness since the government is here to help and get all kinds of standards, bodies, review boards, committees all around VR, where is the vint cerf user unions bringing VR lobby issues to DC however? Is Oculus funding a PAC (political action committee) to buy politicians to promote a VR agenda? Where are the VR unions to fight back against the monopolists for the workers/labors rights?

What HMD is he wearing?
mtbs3d.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4123 I am looking into that LEEP VR I lack practical 3d knowledge, I have found some good links, but I am not sure if they are the ones you were talking about. Would you mind direct linking me to them?
