When I go to the virtual desktop on the oculas I see a black screen why and how do I fix this issue?

  • Are you using Air Link or Oculus Link? If the answer is neither, you will need to reach out to the Virtual Desktop developers for a fix, their website can be found here.
  • What Oculus Device are you using?
  • When did the issue start? Has it never worked correctly?
