Dealing With Rude Customer Support Staff

I just had someone be rude to me on chat and eventually cut me off after I was on chat with them for over 1 hour. Simply told me to wait a few minutes and then left the chat, leaving me absolutely speechless. How disgusting Oculus. This is not the first time it has happened to me. This just topped them all and frustrated me the most, which made me complain publicly. Not happy at all!!

Maybe you were a bit rude?  it's way too easy to rant on forums.  Sometimes your rants to oculus support may get interpreted incorrectly.  Sometimes people just get the support they deserve imho.
