This is a User forum so don't expect support to answer you here mate. Just contact Oculus Support and start a ticket. Go to the Oculus dot com website and click on support. Pretty easy.
Can you give more info on your issue, is it a physical connection issue between the Rift S and your laptop gpu, and if so you can buy a thrid party adaptor that will allow you to plug the S into whatever display port your laptop has, plus what type of laptop do you have, is if powerful enough to run VR?
