Hey Oculus, is todays update the announced Touch tracking fix???

How about a changelog?!

My impression:

Redone the setup (how do I skip the introduction btw?) and well, my
sensors behave exactly as they did before. Not unusable (after many
hours of work...), but not super great either. Still a fair bit of
flickering when turning around in a circle with the arms stretched out,
still feels a bit like sensor handover isn't perfect. I really really
hope this isn't the Touch fix.

Yeah that wasn't the update for the sensors just the app.

There is literally no current information that suggests anything other than "this was the patch".

if you have information nobody else does please share it.

I haven't had an update still on same versions so I would say no

Well I believe I read they said there would be two updates this month, but there is no clarification I am aware of concerning what each update does...
I also have not received one as of yet.

New version number is 1.11xxxx, previous patch was 1.10xxxx. To check if you have the patch, you can see your version number in the desktop app (Settings/General, down at the bottom of the page), or printed on the front of the bar behind you in the Home environment.

I don't have it yet, but I'm hoping it fixes the spinning hands in Medium.

DK2, CV1, Go, Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3.

I had an update : I'm with 1.11.0.335615 (1.11.0.335772) and the Virtual bar (behind us in Oculus Home) 1.11.0.335805 (from memory).
