That would be the pin code set up in the client app. You provide the code when setting up the account, it stops other people that you let use your headset from buying things.
Thank you for replying, but I have tried everything possible. Oculus sucks when it comes to support. I wasted $600 on this piece of junk. I have tried the link you sent, but it won't let me do a thing. I can't even contact the company to tell them what I think of them.
What part of the instructions wouldn't work? Were you doing the pin reset using the desktop or mobile app? In either case it should just be entering a new pin and then entering your account password.
