The link sometimes expires. Click the link again, it should ask for your order number and email address. Submitting these credentials from this page will have Oculus send you your order status via link by email. I do this constantly when I always shut down my computer, so this is normal. Anyway, go to the page you commented, and put in your order number and email address to get your order status email. Hope this helps!
I figured out how to solve the problem, but not the problem root cause. I ended up having to navigate to https://shop.oculus.com/en-us/history-login/ and manually input my order number and email address. It then generated a NEW link and sent it to my email, which then worked. Apparently the links that are sent out expire after some time. Seems lame, but oh well.

Yep, sounds about right. They expire once you refresh the order status page, so resend those emails often to see your order status! By the way, congrats on getting a Rift, if that's what you got.
