Is it Normal for support to ignore you?

A week ago they updated my ticket telling me they would get back to me in 48-72 hours it now has been a week and three replies later with no response.

depends on the nature of the request, the information provided to address the complaint, and during pandemic resources available.

That said what is the problem?

I am unable to add my card to my account it works on every other gaming service (Steam,Epic,Uplay,Eshop,PSN,XBL etc) always get error adding payment method.
