Japan delay shipping

I have ordered Oculus Go since November 15, 2018.
But until now, I have not received any information about when my order will be shipped. I live in Japan. Does anyone know of a way to ask for order processing in Japan? I talked a few times with online customer care but just got the answer to tell me to wait patiently. I'm really upset. Maybe I should cancel the order ???

It seems a bit extreme to start claiming fraud just because it's been three working days without shipping.

It has passed 5 days from the order date

But as I said only 3 "working days". A lot of places won't ship over the weekend.

Even at 5 days, it's a bit early to be claiming criminal deception (the definition of fraud).

Also although this is an Oculus forum....this is not Oculus Support. You would be best to contact Oculus DIRECTLY and talk to them.
